The final content is delivered in the agreed format, accompanied by a source documentation package. Your archive remains accessible for 24 months. B2B clients have net-30 payment terms from delivery. Cancellation is free up to 72 hours before work begins.

Every mandate includes a clear disclosure of the client-media relationship, in line with professional journalism standards. Editorial independence is written into every contract we sign.
A standard investigative report generally takes two to four weeks depending on complexity. Data journalism projects typically run one to three weeks. We also offer a 72-hour rush option for standard investigative reporting, at an additional rate of $3,600 excl. HST ($4,068 incl.). Exact timelines are confirmed during the editorial scoping meeting.
Three revision rounds are included in all mandates at no extra charge. Each round covers your editorial comments, angle adjustments and any additional fact-checks you request. Beyond three rounds, additional fees apply at the media consulting hourly rate.
Cancellation is free up to 72 hours before work begins. After that point, the 40% deposit is retained to cover preparation costs already incurred. If production has already started, billing is pro-rated to the work completed. All conditions are set out in the service agreement signed at the start of each mandate.
